    A college internship gave me my first taste of discovering what I love. Many organizations today have a disconnect between the leaders at the top and the employees who actually serve the customer every day. I love being part of bridging that gap. When the right questions are asked, the magic can happen. Through training, coaching and consulting, I love seeing the light bulb come in on someone's head - that moment they "get it" and powerful progress can begin.
