I studied Exercise Physiology at The University of Vermont, then decided to serve our country in the U.S. Air Force in 1979 eventually receiving an Honorable Discharge and a Good Conduct Medal. Then I graduated from the prestigious Professional Training Institute in Las Vegas, NV.
I maintain multiple national certifications from ACSM, ACE, NASM & NSCA. At 62 years old, I enjoy helping others achieve their health goals using his education, training, and personal experiences right here in Texas in a Private Studio called The Firm U. I coined the phrase; "Fitness Through Science, NOT Fiction".
