    Terry Anderson specializes in helping all buyers (first time, move up, empty nesters/downsizing as well as investors) find the home or property they are looking for. Even the most particular, detail-oriented clients appreciate Terry’s focus and attention to fine detail as well as her local-area expertise in both the North Shore area and the Chicago Northwest Suburbs.

    With her vast business experience, she is able to provide the most effective marketing strategies for her seller clients. With a natural flair for sales, marketing, staging and negotiating; Terry keeps the focus on getting the best price for her sellers in the quickest possible time-frame.

    Terry has lived in the North Shore and Northwest suburbs all of her life and with that area knowledge and expertise, she passionately helps every buyer and seller to ultimately live where they dream of living.

    Terry is extremely active in her community and is on the board of directors of multiple organizations such as: The Grove Heritage Association; Chicago North Shore Convention & Tourism Bureau; and the Women’s Council of Realtors North Shore Network (past president & state treasurer). Terry is also a Member Representative for the Chicago Area – Associated Realty of the Americas and is the current President of the Fairway Estates Homeowners Association.

    Terry thrives on keeping up to date with her surroundings and making sure everyone’s voice is being heard. Terry also enjoys spending time with her family, including her daughter, son and two grandsons. She loves to throw large events, cook and vacationing to be able to see new places in the US.
