The PPO aspect is really important, because EPO and HMO plans are very restrictive, and many times people end up paying a lot out of pocket trying to meet big deductibles, or because they have long wait times to see a doctor, or the doctors and hospitals they want to see are not in their restricted network. Almost all Marketplace plans are HMOs or EPOs. With the PPO plan options I have, people can go to any doctor or hospital, in any state. I can generally save people a lot of money on their premiums as well with these private customized options. Vision and dental are also options.

Independent contractors under 65; business owners with fewer than 50 employees; business owners who just want to insure themselves; individuals; families; anyone on a COBRA plan; anyone whose employer pays only for the employee's insurance but the spouse/family are at full price on the plan (in that case it is better to split the family so the employee is on the employer plan and the rest of the family on one of my PPO Plans). I can't help people on Medicare/Medicaid, they do have to have an income on these plans and it is a great way for small business people to get access to the same kind of healthcare big employers provide for employees, but at much less cost.

If they are on COBRA and would like to save money on monthly premiums but still have a PPO Plan - I have PPO Plans
If they feel like their insurance is very expensive and doesn't include much, they will like the fact that many benefits don't cost them anything extra, they are included in the plans and they don't have to meet big deductibles to access many services. The best hospitals are also all included in their plans. Do they travel? Does their current coverage extend to other counties and states? My plans do.
