  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Since 1992, I have been representing individuals who have experienced serious injury or wrongful death of a family member as a result of someone else's negligence. I take pride in effectively handling all the insurance and litigation issues involved in an injury claim so that my clients can focus on putting their lives back together. My firm's mission is to see that our clients receive a just and fair result.
  • About me
I am life long learner. I believe every one deserves fairness.
I enjoy piecing together all the evidence necessary to prove a case including all pertinent medical information. These qualities are critical to making justice a reality for the firm's clients.

  • Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
If someone else negligently caused the potential client's injuries, does that person realize the following: 1) The injured person has the burden of proving liability and injuries and most people are not up to the task; 2) A good personal injury attorney can help maximize payments from all available insurance; 3) As soon as a person hires an attorney, the lawyer takes over all communications with insurers and at fault parties.
  • Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
Charlotte has been successfully handling cases for injured individuals for nearly 30 years. She provides complimentary consultations to determine whether the injured person would benefit from legal representation. Contingent fee arrangements are available. So if a person is thinking of hiring a lawyer, it's best to get the benefit of good legal representation sooner than later.
