After becoming a homebrewer, I connected with several others in the homebrewing community to open our Brewery in 2017. We also have a supply shop where homebrewers come to purchase equipment and ingredients to brew beer at home. As a natural tinkerer, and fixer-of-all-things-broken I enjoy the responsibilities that come with my title of VP of Operations.
I grew up on a 120 acre farm in the Long Green Valley of Baltimore County, and am still a farmboy at heart. After attemding Virginia Tech to get my BSEE degree (Electrical Engineering) I worked as a design engineer in Hunt Valley before transitioning into more of a Business Development role at my full-time job at a large electronics manufacturer. Currently I live with my wife and 14 year-old son in Jarrettsville. My older children (31 and 29) live on their own, and I have two young grandchildren.
Brewing, drinking (in moderation, of course!), biking, hiking, and any other fun activities that get me away from typing emails, filling out grant forms (thanks COVID), or turning a wrench on some part of our brewery equipment.

2. Does your company hold customer appreciation events, and/or seminars (financial planning, real estate, et al.) that could benefit from using the Alecraft taproom (capacity of 50) ?
