After working for Toshiba for 18 years, I opened my own company so I could avoid all of the corporate policy and procedures in order to be able to be flexible and creative in coming up with the best solution for my clients. I put my employees first, my clients second and "the company" third. If I take care of my employees, they will take care of my clients. If we take care of the clients, the clients will take care of the company.
I am a very goal focused individual. For the past 15 years, I have completed an annual goal book to design my life and achieve the things I want to achieve. I also am committed to the people I surround myself with including clients and employees. I work hard every day to make sure I don't let them down.
