About me
Kim Kaase is a professional transformative business coach, transformational trainer and consultant who supports her clients by working with them to create clear personal vision while setting and achieving objectives in every area of their lives. She uses her background as a designer to creatively solve problems and approach challenges as a coach from a very unique perspective.
Kim's experience in creating breakthrough sales results as well as executing company vision and goals melds perfectly with her coaching career. In her last role as a dealer principal and VP of Sales, Kim led sales and sales support teams to grow the company from $14mm $38mm in 4 years time.
After creating LEAP Business coaching in 2012, Kim works with individual business clients as well as leadership teams with the objective of creating more success with less stress while doing work that is deeply resonant with each person or team.
Kim graduated from the University of Houston in 1990 with a BFA in Interior Design. Her career prior to coaching included work with Furniture Dealers, Gensler and major end user facilities groups. She is the Principal at her firm, LEAP Business Coaching. In her free time she enjoys transformational work, bird watching, cooking and creating memories with her son, Rex.
