About me
I established Bua’s Bistro in 1990. A native Houstonian, I began my career in the hospitality industry with Uncle Mike’s Italian Bakery, a family-owned business, as Director of Catering. I also managed their commissary in Houston, Texas. I had previously held the catering director position at Sugar Creek Country Club when she realized her true calling was in the kitchen as a Chef. I have extensive knowledge in full-service events from 10-50,000 guests for corporate, social, weddings, graduations, HISD school district galas, or any type of event on and off-premises. My passion for exceptional client relationship services, for my “can-do attitude, is important to me.
