Real Estate is about finding ways to meet needs be they investments needs or operational needs. Users, Investors, Tenants, Landlords, Developers are all looking for real estate that will improve investment returns or business operations and my job is to find those solutions. -
About me
I have twenty years of professional real estate experience in the areas of consulting, resort and residential development and commercial brokerage. After earning a Masters in Business Administration and Real Estate from the University of Denver Sturm School of Business in 1997, I have worked in the areas of real estate consulting (THK Associates), resort development (Jackson Hole Mountain Resort), home building (KB Home, Century Communities) and commercial brokerage (Coldwell Banker Commercial).
During my nine years in brokerage, I have been engaged in the leasing and sale of industrial, office, and retail buildings and land throughout Colorado. I have been the number one sales professional in the state for CB Commercial in 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016 and I have earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
