I enjoy helping clients grow and develop effective ways to achieve goals, whether through resolving issues, negotiating agreements, resolving disputes, or designing and implementing business and accounting systems and procedures for control and measurement of their success.
About me
Most CPAs start in public practice. I started my practice after 30 years in industry, primarily homebuilding and construction, with experience in restaurant operations, commercial and residential real estate operations, mortgage lending, real estate investing, owners associations and retail.. With CFO experience in companies ranging in size from $5 million to more than $500 million in revenues, i bring a broad background in business operations to my clients whether engaged for advisory, taxation, consultation or contract controller or CFO purposes. Many CPA's look at the whole picture from taxes and tax planning to financial planning. I look at the whole picture for the economic enterprise - taxation, financial planning, HR, IT, operational and financial controls, and resource allocation. I bring the experience and exposure of having worked in public, private, and family companies.
