Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
As the owner of the independently owned and operated Sir Grout Minneapolis franchise.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?

Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
Do you own your own home or business? Our service is targeted towards owners.

Unique Selling Proposition
We want homeowners (and commercial businesses) to love their existing showers and floors again.
We are not strictly a cleaning service. We clean only to prep for our floor and shower restorations, which then provides long-term durability and reduced maintenance at the fraction of the cost of a remodel.
Our restorations include sealing grout to protect it as well as colorsealing, which restores color unformity to stained grout.
A good candidate for us is someone who:
- meets our $600 job minimum (we are not a handyman)
- can't keep their grout/caulking clean
- has grout that needs patching
- wants a slip resistant coating on their tile or shower floors.
- just purchased an older home and wants their bathrooms rejuvenated.
- just purchased a brand new home and wants to protect their surfaces so they stay looking newer, longer, with less maintenance.
Things we don't do:
- just fix caulking in one place (we aren't a handyman)
- install new tile
- replace tiles
- just perform cleaning (they should use ZeroRes or Coit if they just want that).
