The DripBar Red Deer is a medically supervised wellness lounge specializing in IV vitamin therapy and intramuscular wellness shots. Our therapies are designed to boost energy, support immunity, improve hydration, and accelerate recovery by delivering essential vitamins and nutrients directly into the bloodstream for rapid absorption.
In addition to IV wellness, we offer Halo Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, and B-Pulse pelvic health treatments—a Health Canada-approved, non-invasive technology designed to support pelvic floor health, postpartum recovery, urinary incontinence, sexual wellness, erectile dysfunction, and other quality-of-life concerns.

What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I want to live a long, healthy, active life—and I know I'm not alone.
Health, wellness, and longevity have become increasingly important to me over the years. As we get older, quality of life matters. It's not just about living longer; it's about having the energy, strength, mobility, and vitality to enjoy life.
I want to be able to travel, stay active, spend time with family, and one day keep up with my grandchildren. I want people to look at me at 85 and say, "I can't believe you're still doing that."
Like many people, my own fitness journey has had its ups and downs. I've experienced periods of being overweight, out of shape, and struggling to achieve my health goals. That journey taught me that wellness isn't about perfection—it's about making consistent choices and having access to the right tools and support to become the healthiest version of yourself.
When I discovered The DripBar, it checked all the boxes. The combination of IV vitamin therapy, wellness injections, Halo Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, and other innovative wellness solutions aligned with what I was looking for—practical ways to support energy, recovery, performance, and overall well-being.
The DripBar isn't a replacement for healthy living. It's a complement to it. My goal is to provide people with additional tools and resources to support their wellness journey so they can live healthier, more active, and more fulfilling lives for years to come. -

About me
My career has taken me through several industries, but one thing has remained constant: I've always enjoyed helping people.
I began my professional career with Woolco Department Stores, where I worked my way through the management training program into a leadership role overseeing multiple departments. That experience taught me the importance of customer service, building relationships, and understanding what people truly need.
From there, I explored financial planning before finding my way into Alberta's oil and gas industry. Like many people in the patch, I started at the bottom and worked my way up. Over the years, I held a variety of roles, including bulk truck driver, nitrogen pump operator, supervisor, and commercial driver. Today, I continue to work in the transportation and pipeline industry as a member of the Teamsters Union.
Working in physically demanding environments taught me an important lesson: your health matters. Long days, demanding schedules, and years of physical work showed me firsthand how important it is to take care of your body, maintain your energy, and invest in your long-term well-being.
That personal experience is what led me to The DripBar. I was drawn to the opportunity to help people take a proactive approach to their health through innovative wellness therapies designed to support energy, recovery, performance, and overall wellness.
I may not come from a healthcare background, but I understand what it means to work hard, push your body, and want to feel your best—whether you're working in the oilfield, running a business, raising a family, or simply wanting to stay active and healthy as you age.
My goal is simple: to help people access tools and resources that support a healthier, more active, and more fulfilling life -
