Texas Technology Support has been my life for over a decade. Before its founding, I spent 12 years working as an administrator in private medical practices. As an administrator I saw the need small businesses had for reliable IT services, especially IT service providers who understood the necessity of following privacy compliance laws. With a small child starting school, it made sense to develop a new business concept that allowed me to work from home. At that time MSPs were in their infancy and now they have become the standard across so many different industries. I am proud to own an MSP that has outlasted so many others. I believe Texas Technology Support has lasted because I realize that owning a tech company comes with the challenge of keeping up with new technologies. This business requires dedication to continuing education. I sit through at least three hours of technology training each week. Last fall I attended an in-person certification course at Rice University for a comprehensive introduction to project management. I also require my employees to attend training courses and presentations on new technologies and services. This is not only an investment in Texas Technology Support, but also an investment in ourselves. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I am the sole owner and a founding member of Texas Technology Support. The business was founded in 2010 and is currently in the process of improving its offerings to clients. Texas Technology Support has always believed in taking a proactive stance to protecting client networks and data. With the meteoric rise of AI technologies comes the increase of AI driven cybersecurity threats. I understand that most small businesses are operating on a tight budget, so I endeavor to keep pricing affordable while providing state-of-the-art security. Small businesses cannot grow without the proper tools and infrastructure. Texas Technology Support empowers businesses with secure technology so owners can focus on growth. -

About me
I am a proud fifth generation Texan. I have my degree in healthcare administration and, like so many business owners, I am no longer working in my degreed field but it has served me well. I am a mother to a daughter who has high functioning autism. She just finished her freshman year at Blinn College in BCS and plans to transfer to A&M. I could not be more proud of her. I spend a lot of my free time performing community service and community outreach in my county. I am involved in local politics and have held a local office for the last 6 years. I know a lot of people from all walks of life and I believe that we all have more in common than we realize. If you need anything, I will do my best to provide it. -
