My why is helping people feel supported, informed, and cared for during one of life’s biggest transitions. Real estate is never just about the house — it’s about people, families, memories, new beginnings, and sometimes hard goodbyes. I love being a calm, trusted guide who helps clients make confident decisions and feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. -

About me
I'm Michelle Kremer-Bruner, a Kentucky Realtor® with Semonin Realtors, proudly serving Louisville and surrounding communities. Licensed since 1994, I bring more than 32 years of residential real estate experience, along with a background in Psychology and Sociology from Eastern Kentucky University.
Having grown up in a real estate family, I understand that buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction. It often comes during major life transitions — first homes, growing families, downsizing, estate situations, fresh starts, and emotional goodbyes. My goal is to guide my clients with honesty, patience, experience, and care.
My business is built largely on referrals from past clients, friends, family, and trusted professionals. I believe real estate relationships should continue long after closing, and I love being a reliable resource for clients and referral partners whenever they need guidance, connections, or support.
With deep roots in real estate and a heart for service, I am committed to helping people make confident decisions and feel supported every step of the way. -
