What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I work in the restoration industry because dealing with a home emergency can be very dauting and it make me really happy when I can put someone who has never dealt with a home disaster at ease. Not only getting onsite quickly, but navigating them through the process from the worst day back to pre-loss life. -

2. I understand you just filed a home or business claim with your insurance carrier. Have they assigned a contractor to your claim? Are you happy with who the sent out?
3. **After a storm or bad weather** Have you noticed any part of the home or business that seem to be having issues, discoloration, leaking, spots, microbial growth, or any smells/odors that were not there before?

About me
I have been in the home restoration world for 8yrs. I feel very comfortable navigating insurance claims as well as working directly with home and business owner. Restore Now specializes in residential and commercial buildings with the goal of saving and restoring. We do water mitigation, mold remediation, fire remediation, biohazard, and duct cleaning as well as full repairs. I currently hold 4 certifications with IICRC (Institute of Inspections, Cleaning, and Restoration Cert.) very important and held in regard in our industry. I do specialize more on the EMS (emergency service) side of things, but have a great team to answer any and all questions. We are 24/7 company and if you find yourself on the weekend or even 3am in the morning having a home issue, I will definitely be there to assist. -
