As a veteran, I built my business on discipline, integrity, and accountability. I’ve seen too many homeowners and property managers deal with unreliable contractors, poor workmanship, and lack of communication.

My name is Edward Green III. I am the Owner and CEO of Affinity Contracting. I am a proud Navy veteran and have been in the construction industry for over 20 years.
I built Affinity Contracting to provide a higher standard of service—where clients don’t have to chase their contractor, worry about quality, or deal with delays.
We serve Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland, focusing on residential communities, HOAs, and property managers who need a reliable partner for renovations and maintenance.
Outside of work, I am an avid golfer. I value fitness, personal growth, and building meaningful relationships—both in business and in life. -
