Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
Hi [Name],
I wanted to introduce you to someone I think you’ll really enjoy connecting with—Jenn Bradshaw, founder of Savor Fare Travel & Event Services.
Jenn specializes in creating culturally rich, immersive experiences that go far beyond the typical trip or event. Whether it’s a thoughtfully curated European getaway centered around food and local culture, or a custom-designed event for a team, client appreciation experience, or leadership development training —she handles every detail with intention and ease.
What I appreciate most about Jenn is how she blends travel and event design seamlessly. She works with both individuals and businesses to plan:
1) Personalized leisure travel with a strong focus on culinary and cultural immersion
2) Small group trips that feel elevated, connected, and completely taken care of
3) B2B experiences like off-sites, and client events that are strategic, memorable, and beautifully executed
If you’ve ever thought, “I just want to show up and have everything handled”—she’s your person. Or as she might say… she’s got it covered so you can simply arrive and enjoy.
I immediately thought of you because [insert personal reason—travel interest, team events, leadership role, etc.], and felt this could be a great connection.
Jenn, meet [Name].
[Name], meet Jenn.
I’ll let you both take it from here!
Warmly,
[Your Name]
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
If you ask me why I do what I do, it really started long before travel and events ever became my business.
I began working in hospitality and retail while I was in college, and honestly, I think everyone should experience those industries at some point. There’s nothing like being face-to-face with people to teach you real customer service, how to think on your feet, and how to lead—whether you have the manager or higher ranking title yet or not. It’s where you learn patience, problem-solving, and how to show up for someone else, even on a hard day.
As I grew in my career, I started to see something deeper.
Great service isn’t just about logistics—it’s about emotional intelligence. It’s about how people feel when they’re being taken care of. And on the flip side, it’s about how supported and valued the people *providing* that experience feel too. Because when hospitality professionals are empowered, respected, and trusted, the experience becomes something entirely different—it becomes genuine, seamless, and memorable in a way you can’t fake.
That perspective is what shaped how I approach both travel and event design today.
For me, it’s never just about booking a trip or planning an event. It’s about creating an experience where there’s trust, transparency, and ease on both sides—where my clients feel fully taken care of, and where the partners and teams involved feel respected and aligned in delivering something exceptional.
And if I zoom out even further—this is all building toward something bigger.
My long-term vision is to grow Savor Fare Travel & Event Services into a boutique agency with a small, intentional team… and eventually step into a space where I can either scale or sell the business in a way that allows me to create a philanthropic arm focused on the hospitality industry.
I want to invest back into the people who make these experiences possible—helping develop emotional intelligence, leadership, and personal growth within the industry—so that we’re not just elevating experiences for clients, but also creating lasting impact and respect for the professionals behind them.
Because at the end of the day, the most unforgettable experiences—the ones that stay with you—are never just about the place or the event.
They’re about how people made you feel.
And that’s what I’m here to create.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.

2) Do you have any milestone trips, girls’ getaways, or group experiences coming up that you’d want to feel elevated and fully handled?
3) How are you currently planning your client experiences, or offsite events—and does it feel aligned with the level of experience you want to create?
