    My “why” is simple: I believe the people who build, fix, paint, clean, repair, and serve our communities deserve the same level of strategic support that large corporations receive.

    Most small business owners—especially in the trades—are incredibly talented at their craft, but they were never taught how to run a business, manage cash flow, build sales systems, or develop a team. Too often they end up overwhelmed, working long hours, and carrying the full weight of the business on their shoulders.

    What drives me is helping those owners turn chaos into clarity.

    I love helping people see the numbers differently, build systems that actually work, improve sales confidence, and create businesses that support their families and their teams. When a business owner goes from stress and uncertainty to confidence and growth—that’s the win.
