He founded Odle Consulting to help owners turn complicated situations into clear decisions and executable plans. Before launching the firm, he spent a decade leading operations across field services, acquisitions, and multi-state businesses, so he comes at consulting from a practitioner's chair, not a slide deck. About me
I founded Odle Consulting in 2023 after a decade of operator-level work across field services, acquisitions, and multi-state business leadership. Before the firm, I served as VP of Operations and Strategy for a private equity-backed franchise group, where I turned a negative-margin business to profitability, restructured the organization three times in 18 months, and led human capital diligence for a $6.5M acquisition. I also served in the US Army for five years, including operational leadership across multiple international deployments. I hold an MBA from the University of Denver. My consulting work focuses on small and mid-size businesses navigating growth inflection points: org structure, planning, execution systems, accountability frameworks, and exit readiness. I also run a free suite of AI-powered business tools at tools.odleconsulting.com that anyone can use without a sales call. I live in Severance, CO and work with clients locally and remotely. Bilingual in English and Spanish. -
