Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
Sarah Shiver is a Realtor with C3 Real Estate Solutions serving Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley/Evans, Windsor, and the surrounding Northern Colorado communities. She’s known for strong negotiation, strategic marketing, and taking exceptional care of her clients from start to finish. Sarah believes real estate is deeply personal and works to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout the process because it’s never just a transaction, it’s someone’s story
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
To love and serve people and to remind them of their intrinsic value. Real Estate gives me the opportunity to walk alongside people and the stories they’re living. Homes hold some of life’s most meaningful moments, and being trusted to help someone step into a new chapter is something I deeply value. I love guiding people through the process with clarity, creativity, and care — because it’s never just a transaction, it’s someone’s story.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. Is there anyone in your world right now who might be thinking about buying or selling a home and could use the same guidance and support you experienced?
2. Who do you know that might be stepping into a new season of life relocating, upsizing, downsizing, or investing, where having a trusted Realtor could make the process easier?
3. If someone you cared about needed a great real estate experience in Northern Colorado, would you feel comfortable connecting us?
Unique Selling Proposition
I help people navigate real estate with thoughtful questions, intuitive listening, and strategic guidance so they can make confident, informed decisions (with a little laughter along the way).
About me
I’m a lifelong Northern Colorado local and Realtor with C3 Real Estate Solutions who genuinely loves the community I get to serve. With five years in real estate and a background in collegiate athletics, leadership, and ministry, I bring both strategy and heart to the work I do. I’m known for asking thoughtful questions, listening deeply, and helping clients make confident, informed decisions during some of life’s biggest transitions.
Personally, I’m a proud mom to three amazing adult kids and someone who values meaningful conversations, strong relationships, and giving back to the community through organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Serve 68.
At the end of the day, my “why” is simple: to love people well and remind them of their worth. Real estate just happens to be the avenue where I get to live that out.
Live music and concerts, exploring Colorado’s outdoors through hiking and biking, dancing (country and Latin), volleyball, traveling to beautiful places (especially Kauai), spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Serve 68
