About me
I grew up in Clemson, South Carolina, spending my childhood enjoying summers on the lake, at the beach, and in the mountains—a lifestyle that fostered both a love for movement and an appreciation for balance and wellness. Golf became a big part of my life early on, eventually leading me to compete at Anderson University from 2016 to 2020, where I was a member of the women’s golf team. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, deepening my understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and heals. Two years after graduating, my passion for holistic health led me to Sherman College of Chiropractic, where I found my calling in helping people restore function, clarity, and quality of life through intentional, patient-centered care. -
