What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I believe the right structure brings out the best in people. When business owners show up consistently, communicate clearly, and operate with integrity, everyone wins. My goal with Networking in Action is to build a franchise that values trust, follow-through, and long-term partnerships over quick wins.
I’m driven to help members grow their businesses in a way that’s sustainable, ethical, and rooted in real connection—while fostering a community where people are respected, supported, and challenged to lead well.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. Who do you already know that would benefit from what we just talked about
2. What kind of person do you naturally think of when you hear what I do
3. If you were in my position, who would you start conversations with first
Unique Selling Proposition
A structured, high-accountability networking community where trust creates real referrals
About me
I’m Austin Beseler, a Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, and franchise owner with Networking in Action. I built this chapter with a clear purpose: to create a structured, high-integrity networking environment where professionals grow through accountability, trust, and consistent action.
My background is rooted in leadership, sales, and operations, where results come from discipline, follow-through, and clear communication. I believe strong businesses are built in rooms where expectations are clear, time is respected, and referrals are earned—not forced.
As a chapter owner, my role isn’t just to facilitate meetings, but to set a standard. I focus on creating a culture where members show up prepared, support one another intentionally, and commit to long-term relationships that drive measurable business growth.
Networking in Action isn’t about casual connections. It’s about building something reliable, professional, and sustainable—together
