Jos works with capable business owners who are at a crossroads, often thinking about stepping back, restructuring their role, or exploring an eventual exit.
He helps owners get clear on what’s actually off in the business, what’s draining their energy or momentum, and what needs to change so the business can run well without them.
He’s usually brought in when an owner is uncertain, overloaded, or sending mixed signals, so bigger decisions can be made cleanly. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I work with business owners who have already built something real, but who feel the next chapter needs to look different.
I do this work because I’ve seen how often capable owners keep solving the wrong problems - not because they’re stuck, but because they don’t have a clear, grounded place to think.
My role is to slow things down enough to see what actually matters, so decisions are made intentionally instead of out of habit or pressure. -

I work as a clarity and decision partner for seasoned business owners, particularly those considering changes to their role, structure, or long-term involvement in the business.
My work focuses on identifying what’s truly misaligned - in the business and in the owner’s relationship to it - and helping make a small number of high-leverage shifts that restore momentum and optionality.
Clients usually come to me when things aren’t broken, but they know continuing the same way isn’t sustainable. -
