Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
Troy is the owner of Red Clay Creative, a web design and development agency that builds thoughtful digital solutions that look good, function flawlessly, and tell your story in a unique way. They primarily focus on non-profits and companies that do good. On top of that, Troy and the team always make sure that every client gets top-notch service.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I help organizations turn their websites into clear, dependable tools that actually support their mission. Too many teams are stuck with sites that look fine on the surface but create friction behind the scenes. I do this work because clarity, structure, and good systems free people up to focus on what matters most: serving their audience, not fighting their technology.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
Is your website generating real leads or inquiries, or is it mostly acting as an online brochure?
Do updates, fixes, or integrations on your site feel harder or slower than they should?
Are you confident your website supports your current goals, or has your business outgrown it?
Unique Selling Proposition
Red Clay Creative bridges strategy, design, and technical execution. We do not offer surface-level fixes. We build and maintain websites that are structurally sound, easy to manage, and aligned with real business goals. Clients work directly with experienced strategists and developers, not account handoffs or ticket queues.
About me
I’m the founder of Red Clay Creative, a boutique web and digital agency working with mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, healthcare groups, and growing businesses. I specialize in turning complex needs into clean systems. My role is equal parts strategist, problem-solver, and translator between business goals and technical solutions.
I love food, friends, and travel. How can we explore the world with new experiences and share that with others? I'm looking forward to the next trip abroad with my family and being a guide as my kids discover the world.
