What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Personally, I truly love this work—pouring concrete and laying asphalt. The challenges can sometimes be immense, but the reward at the end is undeniable. I can look back and proudly say, 'I was part of that project,' and I appreciate that we get to contribute to a different spot all the time. -

About me
From a young age, I always dreamed of being my own boss one day. While that dream led me to found Concrete Eurway LLC in 2007, I’ve learned that you never truly are your own boss—whether it's the client, the team, or the market, you always have someone you answer to, and accepting that responsibility is key to success.
My greatest satisfaction as the Owner and Founder doesn't just come from the concrete and asphalt we pour, but from the business environment we’ve created. I love the fact that I was able to build a company where employees genuinely love coming to work, earning rewards that help provide for their needs and their families.
Owning your own business is not always easy; it requires resilience and sacrifice. I am incredibly thankful for the strong support of my family, who stands behind me every step of the way. When we aren't working on the next big project, my family and I love to travel whenever possible and enjoy time together.
