I'd like to introduce you to Ken Lineberger. He's a personal injury attorney here in Orlando who handles auto accidents and premises liability cases—slip and falls, negligent security, dangerous property conditions. Ken's got real trial experience, more than sixteen jury verdicts, and he's secured significant recoveries for his clients. If you or someone you know has been hurt and needs guidance, Ken's someone I trust.

What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do what I do because I know lawyers can be intimidating, and dealing with an injury is stressful enough without adding that on top. When someone gets hurt, they shouldn't have to figure out how to fight an insurance company while they're trying to heal. That's my job. You focus on getting better—I'll take it from there. And I work on contingency, so you don't pay me anything unless I get you a recovery.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. "Have you or someone you know been injured in an accident—like a car wreck, a slip and fall, or something where someone else was at fault—and you're not sure what to do next?"
2. "Are you a medical provider—pain management, orthopedics, chiropractic, urgent care—who treats patients recovering from accident injuries and could use a reliable attorney to refer them to?"
3. "Are you an attorney who occasionally gets calls about injury cases that aren't your focus—maybe you do property damage, med mal, or family law—and you'd like someone to send those to who'll take good care of them?"
Unique Selling Proposition
Two things. First, I try cases. A lot of PI attorneys are really settlement negotiators—they don't have much courtroom experience, and insurance companies know it. I've got over sixteen jury verdicts under my belt and I'm not afraid to take a case to trial if that's what it takes to get a fair result. That changes how the other side deals with you from day one.
Second, I take premises liability cases seriously. A lot of PI firms really want the auto cases—they're quicker, liability's usually clear, and they move. Premises cases are messier. Slip and falls, negligent security, dangerous conditions—you've got to dig into property records, maintenance logs, prior incidents. It's not as clean, but I like that work. I'm happy to get in the weeds and fight for it.
About me
I'm an FSU alum and lifelong Seminoles fan. I played tuba growing up—my great uncle still plays, so it runs in the family. I used to referee high school sports, which honestly taught me a lot about staying calm when people are yelling at you. And I've been working on a science fiction novel for over a decade now, so I'm either dedicated or stubborn, depending on who you ask.
FSU football, video games, space and rockets (I'll stop what I'm doing to watch a launch), ancient civilizations, and historical mysteries—the weirder the better.
