    I’m the Principal Founder and Senior HR Consultant at Elevate HR 360, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading HR in manufacturing, tech, retail, and high-growth environments. I specialize in helping startups and small to mid-sized businesses build the strategic HR structure, leadership routines, and cultural foundation they need to scale.
    Over the years, I’ve guided teams through rapid expansions, operational resets, and major organizational change. My approach is practical, strategic, and grounded in partnership. As a fractional HR executive, I step in where businesses need clarity and stability—building compliant systems, aligning leadership, and creating the environment where people, purpose, and performance connect.
