What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I grew up as the oldest of eight kids, and now I’m a father of four—so I learned early on that I have a gift for staying calm in chaos. That carried straight into the restoration world. When a home is damaged, people feel overwhelmed and unsure who to trust, and I know exactly how to step in, steady the situation, and bring order back fast. Restoration isn’t just drying rooms or tearing out walls; it’s helping people feel safe again, giving them straight answers, and doing the work the right way every single time. It’s meaningful work, and it’s where I know I’m called to serve. -

This tells you the category of loss and whether emergency response is needed.
2. “Has the homeowner already filed an insurance claim, or do they need help determining whether the damage is covered?”
This helps you know how to frame the first conversation and whether guidance on coverage is needed.
3. “Has anyone already inspected, attempted repairs, or performed cleanup, or is this the first time a professional is being called in?”
This helps you understand the current condition, possible contamination levels, and whether you’re walking into an untouched or disturbed site. -

Happily married with 4 beautiful kids. Born and Raised in Overland Park. Started my career in the food service industry but quickly made a change into the world of construction. Found my home in the Restoration world in 2016 and made it my goal to become the best possible restorer I can be! Hard work God First! -
