Rob is an experienced exterior specialist, who has over 20 years of construction experience, and over 25 years of sales experience. I specialize in roofing, siding, windows, doors, soffit, fascia, gutters, and overhead garage doors. I am happy to give you a free inspection and proposal on any project that would apply to the above. -

I enjoy helping people reach their goals in completing their projects and giving them peace of mind. Integrity is very important to me, and I live up to all my promises.
Unfortunately, not all roofing companies are the same, and some are just out to make a dollar. They will tell you have damage even when you don't with hopes of getting insurance to cover.
We pride ourselves in being honest and keeping our integrity intact. We want to build a relationship with you so that you come to us first with all your remodeling needs. We are not just a one and done type of company. We work hard to earn and keep your trust in Iron River. We have many repeat customers, just look at all our reviews and see for yourself.
I enjoy helping people navigate through the ever-changing insurance claim process, as it can be overwhelming to most who have never had to file a claim prior. Even to those who have as they do not typically know all of the changes to the insurance industry. Like majority of insurance companies are now only paying out the ACV (Actual Cash Value) on any roof that is over 10 years old. Even though you have RCV (Replacement Cost Value) coverage on your policy. Some Insurance companies have been forthright and sent out a letter informing their policyholders of this change, others have snuck the notification in that thick annual renewal packet they send out that no one ever reads fully. Once you pay your premium, you have just agreed to all the new terms of the policy. I have been finding many that were shocked to find this out, and most likely never would have until they went to file a claim.
Then there is the joy I get from stopping homeowners from opening a claim that has no actual damage, saving them the hassle and giving them piece of mind. -

Unique Selling Proposition
We offer a detailed proposal, not an estimate, and there is a difference between the two. We all make estimates everyday, "I'll be there in about 20 minutes". and it takes us 30 minutes to get there due to traffic or what not. At Iron River Construction we put together full detailed proposal which will be exactly what we will need to do to complete your project without the unforeseen issues that might be behind the siding or shingles such as rotted decking or backerboards that were damaged from water or what not. So there are less change orders and your price stays within our scope of work and budget. -
About me
I am a Father of 3 adult children who I am extremely proud of and Love with everything I am. I lived in Chaska until my youngest graduated from High School and headed off to college. With all 3 of my children all grown up and out of the house, I decided to move out of the 3 bedroom townhome I was renting in Chaska, and moved to a smaller place in Waconia. -
