Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I'd like to introduce you to Sean Otmishi. Sean is a business connector and Franchise Owner with Network In Action who works closely with business owners to build strong, meaningful relationships that lead to growth. He also brings experience as an entrepreneur running a Managed Service Provider supporting small businesses with technology and operations. I thought it would be valuable for you two to meet and explore how you may support each other.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I believe business is built through genuine relationships and community. I do this work because I enjoy helping business owners connect with the right people, shorten the learning curve, and grow with clarity and confidence. Seeing others succeed together is what drives me.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. Do you know a business owner who feels like they are trying to grow alone without support or community?
2. Who do you know that wants to strengthen their professional network with quality introductions instead of surface-level networking?
3. Do you know a business owner who is improving or expanding their operations and could benefit from strategic guidance and peer collaboration?
Unique Selling Proposition
I combine real-world entrepreneurial experience with a relationship-first approach. I help business owners build genuine, supportive networks where collaboration leads to opportunities, confidence, and measurable growth.
About me
I am a business connector, entrepreneur, and Franchise Owner with Network In Action. I’ve spent my career in corporate leadership and higher education, and today I also run a Managed Service Provider that supports small and medium-sized businesses with technology planning, digital operations, and cybersecurity awareness.
I have been married for 15 years to my wife, Bahar, and we have a 13-year-old son named Ryan. Family, community, and helping others are central to who I am. I partner with Janice Perry to lead NIA groups focused on trust, accountability, and genuine business relationships. I believe in collaboration over competition and helping good people meet other good people so we all grow together.
I enjoy grilling outdoors, spending quality time with my wife, and playing games with my son. I also love building computers, working on hardware challenges, and figuring out how things work. Any time I get to combine family, good food, and creativity, I'm in my happy place.
