Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I would like to be introduced via email by CCing me on the same email as the potential customer with a brief description of what need the customer has and how the referrer thinks I will be able to help them.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
At the end of the day, I want to help people. Whether it be small repairs, insulation, or full roof replacements, I want to make sure people can turn to someone they can trust to help them make an informed decision. Home/business maintenance can be expensive. People deserve to have someone willing to be honest with them, not a person just trying to get their business.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
Residential:
1) Has it been 3 or more years since you last had your roof inspected?
2) Have you experienced major damage to your roof and have already been approved by your insurance for a full replacement?
3) Are you about to buy or sell a home and want to see about getting a certification to establish the integrity of the roof?
Commercial:
1) Are you in a building that has asphalt shingles that needs a replacement or are wanting an upgrade to a more hail-resistant material?
2) Has your company already filed a claim or budgeted for a full roof replacement of a building that your company owns?
3) Are you a builder who is looking for an experienced roofing company to complete your homes without worry of improper installation?
Unique Selling Proposition
At Excel Roofing, you don't pay a cent until you're content! This means that unlike other roofing companies, we don't collect the first check until the job is complete, and the customer is 100% satisfied. We also ensure that a facilities trailer is onsite during the project to keep workers from having the installers from using residential or commercial facilities for bathroom breaks. We are backed by 30+ years of roofing experience in Colorado to handle all of your unique roofing inquiries.
About me
I am a veteran of over 13 years in the US Army. I also have a previous life before serving where I worked in a variety of customer service jobs. This gives me the ability to use my experience to handle difficult situations but approach them with empathy to ensure everyone is satisfied after the project is done. It's never about me; it's about the customer. It's about giving them what they need, instead of trying to push them into a decision they don't want. I give fair and honest inspections so people know that my recommendations are what they need to do, not what will get me money. If you take care of people and do things for the right reasons, success will follow.
