What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Most small businesses don't struggle because their people aren't working hard enough they struggle because too much of that work is repetitive, manual, and stuck on someone who should be doing higher-value things. I've been the owner buried in busywork, and I started Powered by Catalyst to fix exactly that. I do this because I genuinely love handing an owner back their time and watching their business run without them having to touch every piece of it. -

With a background spanning chemistry, manufacturing engineering, and operations leadership, he builds the custom websites and AI-integrated systems that take repetitive work off owners' plates. He works directly with growth-oriented owners who want to spend less time firefighting and more time leading replacing busywork with systems they own and understand. -
