Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I am Jen Timmins with Lucid services. I handle all things roofing, commercial, residential, and multifamily, from TPO, modified all the way down to the shingles don't forget standing seam. We run our own metal shop, so every project meets high standards. With 20+ years in the service industry, I read situations and people, making every project seamless and done right.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I'm built for transformation, and do I love a before and after. I created and perfected my own business from the ground up and now I am bringing the same energy into project managing and all things roofing. It's about perfection, something that lasts. Construction is not always easy, what can I do and make sure every job we touch at Lucid Services reflects pride, quality and care. For me, it's about ownership, integrity and seeing results at last. It's the little things, attention to detail that make for the greater picture.

About me
I love connecting with people and building relationships everywhere I go, it's inventible I am passionate about projects and seeing transformations, taking something from start to finish to witnessing the before and after. Once upon a time, I was on a VH1 reality show, and I've had privilege to stand on stages that most people only dream of.
After more than 20 years in the service industry and living in five major cities, I’ve collected countless stories and lessons that have shaped who I am today. I AM a proud mom of a 12year-old baller. Football and baseball (all things sports) keeps our lives busy year-round. At heart, I’m an artist. I’ve been painting for nearly two decades, not just on canvases but people. The common thread in everything I do, see, experience is you can't always judge a book by its cover. There's always more to a story and the intriguing part is discovering it.
