I bring 25+ years in Human Resources, Recruiting and Career Coaching to my individual and organizational clients. I've worked one on one coaching executives in Fortune 100 co's to small co's with less than 5 employees across more than 30 industries and internationally.

I've been a Senior Certified HR Professional since 2011 and Kolbe Certified Consultant since 2016.

About me
I started my career in HR with PHICO, a medical malpractice insurance co., where I was responsible for the compensation program for 500+ employees. I then moved to C&L which merged with PW and became PwC where I was an HR generalist, manager and regional leader in Harrisburg and Richmond, VA providing HR advisory/support to partners, managers and associates in the Southeast Region and was the HR manager for 2 offices.
I walked away from corporate America 23 years ago when my husband and I started our family. Since that time, I've been coaching/consulting and have run my business since 2019.
