I am an attorney in Minneapolis with the firm Greenberg, Smith & Abraham, PA. My firm and I focus on business and real estate issues (think: purchase agreements, contracts, business formation and dissolution, homeowners' issues such as construction defects and insurance claims, etc.). -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I love being an attorney because I get the opportunity to pick up a burden for my clients and carry it. -

I am happy to speak with anyone about a potential matter — part of my job is to refer people to attorneys with experience in the proper practice area. So, I am happy to talk to anyone, no need to overthink it.
If I had to specify, my clients are homeowners, businesses, real estate professionals, and non-profit organizations. My clients generally might need contracts or agreements drafted and negotiated; they may need to form or dissolve a business entity; or have any type of real estate issues. I also handle litigation matters where those types of issues are in dispute, including but not limited to: breach of contract, fraud, liens/foreclosures, landlord/tenant. -

About me
I was born in Minneapolis, MN in 1989. I graduated of Edina High School, the University of British Columbia (B.A. in Philosophy 2011) and Mitchell Hamline School of Law (J.D. 2020). Practicing law since May 2021, I am admitted to practice in Minnesota before state and federal courts, and my work concentrates primarily on business, entertainment, and real estate law, working with clients on transactions, business counseling, and litigation. I have extended family in the Twin Cities and values my connections to the local community. I serve as a Treasurer of the Minnesota Guitar Society, and as a volunteer attorney for Minnesota Lawyers for the Arts and Springboard for the Arts. -
