What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I believe our homes should tell our story. I design spaces that reflect the people who live in them — layered, soulful, and filled with personality. My “why” is helping clients bring their vision to life in a way that feels effortless and deeply authentic. Customization and functionality are the foundation of my work — every detail is tailored to how each client lives, so their home not only looks beautiful but supports them in daily life. Whether it’s a remodel, new build, or full-home furnishing project, I love guiding clients through the process so they feel inspired, confident, and proud of their space. -

I’m Alix Anopol, founder and principal designer of Alix Anopol Design, a full-service interior design studio based in Austin. With over a decade of experience in high-end residential design between New York and Austin, I bring a curated yet approachable perspective to each project. My work blends modern and traditional elements, natural materials, and layered textures to create homes that feel lived-in, elevated, and deeply personal. -
