I am a retired Naval Officer in the Rank of Commander. Academically, I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an HR specialisation and am currently in the viva stage of my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), focusing on organisational commitment, employee retention, and work-life balance. I am also a certified auditor in quality management and Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP). -
