Anthony Diaz is a Family Law and Collaborative Divorce Attorney, Mediator, and Speaker dedicated to helping families divorce with dignity. Known as The Peacemaker, he specializes in mediation, collaborative and uncontested divorce.
With over three decades’ experience as a former CPA, Assistant State Attorney, and National Conflict Resolution Expert, Anthony is uniquely qualified to help clients navigate divorce without the emotional stress and expensive courtroom litigation. He is passionate about resolving conflict and co-creating lasting solutions and has helped thousands of families experience a more peaceful and positive outcome.
A Florida Certified Supreme Court Family Law Mediator, Anthony is a trusted leader in conflict resolution. He is an active and highly respected professional in the Florida collaborative community and serves on the Board Of Directors for the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Anthony is also a published author and frequent podcast guest, regularly appearing on The Divorce Hour with Ilyssa Panitz to share insights on peaceful divorce solutions.
Beyond his work, he enjoys time with the love of his life, the ocean, pickleball, and ballroom dancing.
