Hi, this is Joshua Sparks and he is the Chief Growth Officer for Property Craft. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do what I do because I believe in being there for people during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Whether it’s a fire, flood, or hazardous cleanup, I see every job as an opportunity to restore more than just a property, it’s a chance to restore peace of mind, dignity, and hope.
I’m driven by the idea that craftsmanship and compassion can coexist, and I’ve built my career on leading teams that treat every home or building as if it were our own. I wake up every day motivated to do meaningful work, to solve complex problems with integrity, and to create something better than what existed before. -

About me
I am a Colorado Native who grew up in Pueblo county. I spent a lot of time growing up in Massachusetts and California. I have certifications with the EPA, OSHA, CDPHE, and the IICRC. I have been in the restoration and mitigation industry for 15 years and am currently working on my triple-masters from the IICRC. I currently hold my Masters in Water Damage. -
