What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do this work because I believe every business deserves smarter systems and better tools. Too often, I see teams held back by outdated technologies, manual processes, and disconnected data.

About me
Born and raised in Indiana in a family rooted in farming, construction, and manufacturing, I learned early on the value of hard work, integrity, and showing up for your community. Those values still guide everything I do.
I'm Ursula Alberts, Founder of Alberts Data Consulting, where I help businesses simplify operations, strengthen systems, and use data in ways that make life easier. I spent 12 years at Humana before moving into consulting, where I’ve led large-scale data and process improvement projects at companies like BP, Rolls-Royce, and ExxonMobil, as well as across healthcare, energy, and professional services. I’ve proudly called Houston home since 2016.
At Alberts Data Consulting, we’re committed to building up American businesses—and that includes hiring exclusively within the U.S. I believe in strengthening the economy from the inside out, one client at a time.
Fun fact: I’ve been to all 50 states and 18 countries, but Kansas is still my favorite place to drive. I’m also a die-hard Astros fan and never pass up a good road trip story—or a conversation about baseball.
