I do what I do because I believe that integrity, quality, and leadership can transform not just homes and buildings but lives and communities. Roofing and restoration are about more than shingles and structures; it’s about protecting families, empowering teams, and restoring peace of mind after unexpected loss or damage.
I founded Roof Republic to elevate the standard in the roofing industry, creating a company where craftsmanship, transparency, and service are paramount. But more than that, I wanted to build a team-oriented culture where people work hard, take pride in their skills, and feel valued for what they bring to the table.
I’m driven by the opportunity to lead with purpose, to mentor the next generation of tradespeople and professionals, and to prove that you can be both a high-performance business and a company with heart. Every project is a chance to do something meaningful for our clients, our community, and the people who make up Roof Republic. -

Born and raised in Venezuela, I’ve always been driven by resilience, hard work, and a commitment to excellence, values that have shaped my journey as an entrepreneur in the roofing industry. As the owner of Roof Republic Roofing and Restoration, I lead a company dedicated to delivering high-quality roofing solutions, including stone-coated steel metal roofing —a durable and energy-efficient option for homeowners and businesses.
Passionate about education, leadership, and innovation in the construction industry, I actively share my knowledge through roofing education content and industry discussions. I believe in empowering others, especially women in business and construction industry, by fostering connections, sharing insights, and driving change. -

I absolutely love the water and enjoy traveling to different beaches, taking the boat out on weekends, surfing, or simply relaxing by the pool.
