Recruitment has commenced for the PERM Labor Certification position of Franchise Area Developer. Our goal is to run all recruitment concurrently during the 32 days that the State Workforce Agency (SWA) Job Order is running to enable us to file the application by the earliest filing date. The earliest we can file the PERM application is 30 days post the last day of recruitment. The filing deadline is 11/9/2018.
The recruitment schedule is as follows, please note that the forms of recruitment listed in red require your attention:
- *Internal Notice of Filing. Please post the notice in a conspicuous location at the worksite for ten (10) consecutive business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Please let us know once the notice has been posted so we can calendar the dates and notify you when it should be taken down.
- Job Order with State Workforce Agency – The job order has been posted with the Texas Workforce Commission. It will run for at least 32 days from May 14, 2018 to June 15, 2018.
- Sunday Print Ads – The 2 Sunday ads were scheduled as follows: Sunday (5/20/18) and Sunday (5/27/18).
- Online Ad – The ad was scheduled to run concurrently for two weeks beginning with the Sunday ads, there is no additional cost for this ad.
- Employer Website Ad – Please let us know once the ad has been placed on your company website to enable us the capture the screen shots as proof of advertisement. Please delete heading before posting.
- Radio Ad – The cost for the 30-second iHeart Media radio ad is approximately $300.00, our accounting department will send an invoice for payment if you approve this form of recruitment.
