Mike has built his career at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and community. After more than three decades in corporate America — serving in senior transformation roles for companies like Cigna, Citibank, and IBM — Mike returned to entrepreneurship through business coaching, focusing on helping others navigate their business journey and strengthening his community.
