Most of us were brought up in a problem-solving orientation. You can see it in our thoughts about how "now isn't enough" or "the future will be better".
The drawback with this orientation is that you're very limited in your ability to shape and change your life. For many of us, creating the life and work we desire will require a whole new way of thinking. We must learn to live in a creative orientation rather than a problem-solving one.
