Moose Rosenfeld sits down with Michael Rager of Teach Your Business to Fish to discuss coaching and business growth. Michael talks about what kind of businesses should hire him, when they should do it, and the best kind of client to work with. Michael moved to Houston in 2001, where he worked in the oil and gas industry until he noticed a recurring lack of leadership and communication within organizations, from top to bottom, which prompted him to start his own coaching business. Michael explains that his company coaches every kind of industry, from medical practices to real estate agents, but is diligent as to who he will work with. Finally, Michael describes his experience with Network In Action, how he hated networking before joining NIA, but that since he joined his business has been growing and he expects it to grow further.
