    Selling a small business is often a life changing event. I enjoy helping others during this transition and being able to assist with their financial, and many times, emotional process of transitioning ownership. I find my job highly rewarding, as I get to leverage my previous experiences and also continue to learn from each transaction.

    As a Business Broker, I rely on many years of business advisory and broad industry experience to help my clients achieve their exit or transition goals at the highest return possible.

    I have been a founder, owner/operator, chief executive, advisor, and investor in multiple entrepreneurial settings. My experience spans across consumer goods, business services, manufacturing, technology and hospitality. I also spent several years as an internal consultant in business strategy and M&A projects for a large multinational company. I've learned what it takes to confidentially and effectively value, market, negotiate and close on the sale of your business.

    As a business owner myself, I also understand that each client has unique needs and expectations for when it is time to transfer ownership, sometimes it takes years to be ready.
