    I’d like to introduce you to Jason Sain, a proven leader in the construction industry with over 25 years of experience building high-performing teams and delivering complex, high-impact projects nationally and internationally. His passion for construction was sparked early while working at his father’s civil engineering firm and has since become his life’s work.

    An Auburn University graduate, Jason has held executive roles including EVP, VP, and COO, leading operations across project management, technology, HR, finance, and risk management. He’s successfully overseen construction projects from $1 million to $250 million in sectors such as healthcare, senior living, multi-family, commercial, and telecommunications.

    Known for his people-first leadership style, Jason builds organizations rooted in trust, accountability, and character. He’s a firm believer that empowering teams and developing talent leads to exceptional results—both professionally and personally.

    Outside of work, he’s been recognized as one of Gulfshore Business's 40 under 40 and named one of Southwest Florida’s fittest executives. He channels his competitive spirit through endurance sports like Ironman races and CrossFit, and most of all, values time with his wife, three daughters, and foster daughter.

  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
    My WHY is driven by my mission statement, which is, "To enhance the lives of those in construction, both at home and at work, 1 DEGREE each day." Through 1 Degree, I strive to improve the business through PEOPLE, PROCESSES, PROJECTS THEN PROFITS. People come first which means we are all fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters and project managers, estimators, accountants, etc. My goal is to develop leaders worth following both at home and at work.

    Everything I am offering I have done with lots of failures. I co-lead a construction company from $50 Million a year to $500 Million a year while opening 4 other offices across the country. While performing as a PM, EVP and COO I moved across the country building the most complicated projects.

    My passion for construction began while working at my father’s civil engineering firm in high school and through college. Since graduating from Auburn University, I have built winning teams, grown impressive annual revenues, opened new offices, and served as Executive Vice President, VP and COO of construction firms, spearheading the organization's project management operations, IT/Technology, Software, Human Resources, financial accountability, adoption of new technologies, and cultural change.

    My professional experience has been focused on construction projects that have a meaningful impact on society including healthcare, senior living, multi-family living, telecommunications and commercial. I’ve managed projects ranging from $1 million - $250 million and possess the skills to lead projects at the highest level.

    I believe in the power of building relationships and leading with character. That’s why my approach to leadership starts with putting people first. I truly believe great leaders that lead by example, help develop their employee's skills, and give their teams autonomy allow for the opportunity to increase performance both personally and professionally.

    Aside from work, I am honored to have been featured in the annual 40 under 40 Gulfshore Business article in 2015, and in 2016 named one of Southwest Florida’s fittest business executives. I embrace my competitive nature by competing in high endurance events, whether it be a Crossfit competition or Ironman race. My greatest joy outside of work is spending time with my beautiful wife and three daughters, and foster daughter.
