My name is Kamal Dhanwani, and I’m the CEO of Group ARKAYS, a group of distribution companies operating in Cameroon and Chad for nearly 50 years. We import and distribute a wide range of products including consumer electronics, home and office furniture, motorcycles, vehicles, paints, hardware, and everyday household items.

I do what I do to create lasting value—for my family, my team, and the communities we serve. Building a business that supports hundreds of livelihoods and contributes to economic growth in emerging markets gives me a deep sense of purpose. I’m driven by the opportunity to grow legacy businesses, open new doors, and empower others to succeed.

About me
I am the CEO of Group ARKAYS, a multi-sector distribution group operating in Cameroon and Chad for nearly five decades. With a team of over 600 people and a diverse portfolio ranging from consumer electronics and furniture to vehicles, paints, and household goods, our group is built on trust, long-term relationships, and deep market insight.
Based between West Africa and the UAE, I also support international importers as a reliable sourcing and logistics partner—managing supplier negotiations, payments, and end-to-end shipment coordination. I’m passionate about building bridges between markets, creating value for partners, and driving sustainable business growth across regions.
