What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I opened Latterell Law with a mission. Get ahead of the problem. I lost people and saw the mess, heartache, and expenses left in their wake because they died without any kind of estate plan in place. One friend told me "I don't have enough. There is no need to plan, let the state take it all." Well when he died suddenly, we were left with no information about anything. We didn't know where he kept his bank accounts or if there was anything in them. We didn't know where his business records were. His son thought his new partner stole everything from him. Meanwhile, we had to do a go fund me just to raise money to cover his death expenses. I did the legal work pro bono - and there was a lot. And the entire thing was one big horrible heartbreaking mess with hard feelings and trouble all around. I said - I can get ahead of this. As an attorney I have the ability to help people create plans so no family goes through this type of painful process ever again. So I opened Latterell Law to educate people on the importance of estate planning and help them put comprehensive functional plans in place for themselves and their families in the most empowering and helpful way possible. I am a guide to help families complete something they do no even know how to start, and in the process of working together we find all the places to mitigate bad things from happening as a result of incapacity and death, and seize the opportunities for more abundant and joyful lives by focusing on the people and things that are important to us. -

I am a total metaphysical nerd - I love to study hermetics, philosophy, ancient mystery school teachings, runes, tarot, gratitude and abundance mindset thought work. I have an entire other business devoted to coaching people through spiritual methods to create joyful and abundant lives. My current obsession besides runes & tarot & other things metaphysical - is birds and pollinator gardening. We are doing everything possible to build a native plant oasis in my backyard to attract birds and provide healthy habitat for monarch butterflies and other migratory creatures of the air. And finally - I love to travel - I have been to 27 countries and 48 states (I just have Alaska and Nebraska left!). I am hoping to plan a trip to Ireland and Portugal and perhaps Thailand sometime soon. -
